$300 for Initial 80-minute session
$175 for individual 50-minute session
$225 for 80-minute couples or family sessions
$225 for 80 minute co-parenting sessions
$65 for 80-minute group psychotherapy session
$375 for initial 80-minute psychotherapy integrating equine services
$250 for 50-minute psychotherapy integrating equine services
$375 for 80-minute psychotherapy integrating equine services
Insurance
I do not accept insurance; however, I can provide you with a walk-out statement with information that allows you to submit claims to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and Visa, Master Card, and Discover cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for you and cannot be utilized by other clients. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full session fee and this amount must be paid prior to your next appointment.
